Payrate: $24.75-$28.50

40 hours per week

7am-4pm PST

Length of Assignment: 10 weeks with potential for extension or conversion

Our leading Wellness and Fitness client is looking for fitness enthusiasts with Call Center experience, for an Exam Registration Coordinator to work directly under the Director of Credentialing. In this role, you will provide administrative support to candidates during the registration process for all certifications, while working closely with the testing service provider to ensure candidate registration, rescheduled, retakes, cancellations, and score reports are processed accurately and in a timely manner. In addition, the Exam Registration Coordinator responds to candidate and other inquiries with clear and timely communication about certification, recertification, and score reports. The position collaborates with other customer facing teams to provide exceptional customer service, contributes to projects and programs that enhance exam registration processes and candidate experiences, and supports recertification by assisting with the approval of continuing education petitions and courses.

Job Duties:
Efficiently process exam registrations, eligibility applications, and data transfers.
Track exam site availability and needs and request additional sites and/or exam dates from testing service provider as needed
Assist candidates with the scheduling, rescheduling and refunds of certification exams, including scheduling special accommodations (e.g., ADA, extra time)
Collaborate with all departments and testing service provider(s) to work towards certification goals
Work closely with testing service provider to facilitate accurate and timely exchange of data, follow-up on candidate and testing center complaints, trouble shoot exam day issues and identify and address any other issues in a timely manner
Answer inquiries from certification candidates, Certified Professionals, and staff regarding exam scores and certification status
Conduct CPR audits of random samples of exam candidates, as well as Certified Professionals renewing their certifications
Review and process name change requests from exam candidates and Certified Professionals
Contribute to projects and programs that improve certification and recertification operations
Support the Professional Education Department by reviewing assigned petitions and courses for Continuing Education Credits
Always provide good customer service to candidates, certified professionals, ACE employees, business contacts, and the public
Lead and contribute to other ACE programs and projects as needed
Maintain a commitment to and align with ACE mission, vision, values and programs, to successfully lead teams to represent ACE
Assume other reasonable responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:
High volume call center experience.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient in word processing and database software programs.
Effective time management skills to attend to multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to use problem-solving techniques with regards to time-sensitive issues.
Experience in administrative support or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
