Drives any size or type of heavy truck and tows any size or type of trailer with an unlimited combination of axles and/or maximum weight and/or height, width or length allowed by state or local regulations, to transport material, tools, equipment, and supplies. Loads and unloads all types of freight and construction equipment from truck and/or trailer. Operates or directs others in operation of truck and trailer auxiliaries, and all types of material handling equipment to load and unload freight. Performs duties of Construction Equipment Operator IV, as qualified, or helper when not hauling freight. Loads truck and trailer to assure proper distribution of load.
