Job Details

The Office Services Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations of the NY corporate office. They will be conducting daily walks of the office to identify any facilities issues, ensure building maintence work orders are completed, coordinate service for office equipment and manading office service equiptment.

Description

  • Supporting daily operations of the NY Corporate office
  • Providing backfill in different areas of Office Services (Mailroom, Reception, Catering, etc.)
  • Conducts daily walks of the office to identify any facilities issues (i.e., lights out, water leaks, stains, broken or worn furniture and finishes, etc.)
  • Complete special projects given to by manager
  • Assists with entering and resolving facilities-related requests and issues as they arise
  • Ensures building maintenance work orders (Angus Tickets) are completed in a timely fashion
  • coordinates service for office equipment, appliances, and furniture
  • Assists with all office seating moves
  • Work with matrons to ensure correct pantry deliveries and report any discrepancies to Office Manager
  • Manages and organizes Office Service Equipment
  • Codes and processes invoice

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Excel/Microsoft Office experience
  • Polished, professional appearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing.
