Demonstrate a passion for working with Children in a learning environment. Assist teaching musical instruments and music theory. Assist staff with supervision, guidance and caring for children in an educational, enrichment and recreational setting. Provide encouraging instruction to students during group activities. Assist staff with the supervision of safety of campers during arrival, dismissal, and transition periods. Assist the Director of Group Leader in the planning, teaching of lessons, homework support and activities. Assist in maintaining discipline and encouraging children to follow rules. Assist in general set up and cleanup of program area and with the closing /opening of the facility. Assist staff with Field trip arrangement. Maintaining a safe environment. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of music instruments, able to teach music instruments and music theory Must have the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
