Responsibilities:

• Live Streaming Expertise: Host live sessions on TikTok focusing on beauty products, offering styling tips, and engaging with viewers in real-time.
• Content Creation: Develop innovative concepts for live streams, including planning content, scripting sessions, and organizing product demonstrations.
• Audience Interaction: Actively engage with viewers during broadcasts, addressing comments and questions to cultivate a community atmosphere.
• Product Promotion: Skillfully promote beauty products, accessories, and current trends featured in live sessions to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to align live streaming activities with overall marketing strategies and product launches.
• Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest beauty trends, industry developments, and influencer collaborations to maintain relevance and appeal to the target audience.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Beauty: Deep interest and expertise in beauty trends, styles, and brands.
• Social Media Proficiency: Proficient in using TikTok and other social media platforms, with a strong grasp of live streaming best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage and connect with a diverse audience.
• Creativity: Ability to generate innovative and compelling content ideas that resonate with beauty enthusiasts.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting to evolving trends and viewer preferences.
• Team Collaboration: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and e-commerce specialists.

Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in fashion, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Professional Background: Previous experience as a live stream host, social media influencer, or in fashion retail is advantageous.
• Success Record: Demonstrated success in engaging audiences and achieving results through social media platforms.

Salary:

• Primary Host (Hourly Fee + Commission): Hourly fixed fee plus commission (e.g., $30/hour + 1-2% commission).
• Full-Time Host (Bi-Weekly Salary + Commission): Full-time position with bi-weekly salary plus commission (e.g., around $4,000+/month + 1-2% commission, based on experience and performance).
