We are seeking a General Counsel for a company in the Novi area.
Primary Duties:
- Responsible for LCA issues covering offices/facilities located in the United States, Canada, Brazil and Mexico
- Proactively engage with business leaders and functions to identify and manage risks, provide timely solutions and strategy to foster growth and protect company assets; and
- Proactively promote, monitor and enforce a strong compliance culture with ethical business practices, company policies and local and global legal/regulatory requirements, including training, audits, investigations, disciplinary reviews and related matters to foster internal controls and protect the organization.
Ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience
