Job Details Responsibilities
- Support an executive team of 4-6 SLT members.
- Strategically act as the main point of contact between the SLT and internal/external clients to provide direct support to fulfill ongoing daily high-level and tactical tasks.
- Manage and organize schedules, meetings, interviews, reminders, and appointments for the SLT.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the SLT.
- Arrange schedules for interview candidates with members of the SLT, including making travel arrangements for interview candidates.
- Create, prepare, and maintain meeting notes, agendas, reports, presentations, pitch decks, and briefs for the SLT while keeping current with ongoing projects/initiatives with internal team and external stakeholders.
- Partner with key team members, such as Public Relations, IT, Events, and Human Resources, for organizational releases, social media, intranet, and announcement content.
- Set and align dates with the CEO for key calendar events such as bi-annual meetings, conferences, and speaking panels. Partner with key stakeholders on content and team-building activities.
- Track expenses and prepare and submit expense reports for the CEO and SLT.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to help direct and lead busy executives schedules, travel, communications, priorities, and ad-hoc projects.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills to effectively monitor and track projects/initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- A college degree in Business Administration or a business-related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum ten years of experience supporting senior leadership teams and the above required.
- Minimum ten years of experience working with Microsoft Office or similar software, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Time management and ability to meet overlapping deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Ability to act with discretion and confidentiality.
- Positive mindset with a can do attitude willing to find solutions to problems.
