Position Summary

* The Group Facilitator contributes to the quality of care and patient outcomes by offering group therapies with a recovery focus. These programs will contribute to maintaining a safe therapeutic milieu by increasing awareness and providing an outlet for expression of feelings in patients. The Group Facilitator also serves as a resource and role model for volunteers, students, new employees and staff.

Schedule: all per diem staff will be required to work one full weekend shift a month (one Saturday and one Sunday)

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

* Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

* License/Certifications: N/A

* Experience: Prior group therapy experience with psychiatric patients.
