Position: Admin Assistant/Office Manager

Location: Onsite 5 days per week - 4970 Peabody Road Fairfield, California 94533

Duration: 6-month

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant

- Experience handling admin tasks - scheduling, calendar, filing, expenses, phone calls, etc

- Experience with material coordination they will be checking materials, coordinating materials, etc

- Proficient in MS Suite Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

- Prior experience working in the construction or engineering industry

Description:

This client is an electrical contracting company. They are looking for an Office Manager to support an office in Fairfield, CA. This person will sit onsite 5 days per week and work M-F 8-5pm PST. They will be supporting a an electrical supply house project they currently have and will need to be comfortable performing general administrative tasks as well as material coordination. The team prefers someone coming from an electrical or construction industry.
