GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer Support Representative is responsible for the growth and management of sales for the Parts and Service Departments. This position provides support to all departments Sales, Parts and Service relating to construction equipment, attachments and other customer specific needs within their geographic territory.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coverage of the specified customer in a manner defined by the Company
  • Maintenance of all required records regarding the customers in the sales territory
  • Develop strategies to maximize the potential of the assigned territory
  • Growth of the retail base
  • Develop forecasts for the assigned territory
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Maintain a current and vibrant customer database through completion of company required records
  • Attend trade shows and events as assigned
  • Manage and control related expenses within Company guidelines
  • Work with all Branch departments to maximize Customer Satisfaction and overall Branch performance
  • Maintains acceptable gross revenue and gross profit goals as established by the Company

ATTRIBUTES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • Mechanical Aptitude Must possess mechanical aptitude in order to understand the needs of our customers and achieve objectives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Products including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Communication Skills - Must have the ability to provide information in a clear, understandable, and concise manner to both Customers, Company Associates, and Manufacturers representatives
  • Self - Motivated Possesses a drive to exceed goals, achieve success, and maintain enthusiasm with little or no direct supervision
