A bit about us:

Our client was founded in 1983 as an environmental support services provider in Baltimore, Maryland. As a growing small disadvantaged business focused initially on environmental services, we entered the SBA 8(a) Program in 2004 after gaining valuable experience and building a formidable team of professional. This created unprecedented new growth where today our 140+ employees perform work across two product lines and five divisions. Our Environmental Product Line includes Environmental Remediation, Radiological Services and IH/Safety Divisions while our Infrastructure Product Line includes Facilities and Construction Services Divisions. Headquartered in Elkridge, Maryland, we currently have eight offices throughout the United States with additional personnel located in Japan, Korea, and Germany. Our business spans over 30 contracts and an average of 250 projects annually for Federal, State, Municipalities and Commercial clients here in the United States and abroad.

Our client has been conducting maintenance/repair and general support services at facilities worldwide since 2006, including initial contracts for US Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Department of State (DoS), and Department of Labor (DoL) to name a few. Today, we are conducting facility support services across 14 active contracts in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal agencies.

Our seasoned engineers together with quality control and safety professionals, planners and estimators, and maintenance/ construction management and field-certified trade personnel bring extensive experience in traditional approaches, as well as cutting-edge applied technologies and sustainable practices and programs.

Job Details

  • 5+ Years experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites
  • In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire
  • OSHA 30HR & CPR/First Aid are preferred but not required
  • CQM through USACE is a plus
