We are seeking a highly energetic and outgoing seasonal Street Team Crew member with a passion for soccer and drive to get others interested in the sport. This individual should be a spirited, self-motivated, responsible, go-getter with a knowledge of the sport and ability to thrive as a part of a team. The Street Team Crew members will be responsible for energetically engaging with a multitude of demographics in our community to increase FMFC brand awareness and generate interest in attending matches.
**Seasonal Dates:** April-October
**Responsibilities:**
* Positively engage with individuals to create interest in FMFC through outdoor mini-games, distribution of promotional items, conversations regarding our team, ticket packages, etc.
* Execute off-site ticket and merchandise sales.
* Professionally and enthusiastically promote the Forward Madison FC brand.
* Demonstrate a knowledge of ticket promotions and clearly communicate all related ticket products and stadium information to patrons.
* Inform customers about seating options and ticket packages offered by Forward Madison FC.
* Learn to efficiently use Tickets.com proprietary ProVenue ticketing system.
* Process cash and credit card payments in accordance with team standards for cash controls.
* Accept and abide by all terms of the Employee Handbook.
* Abide by all COVID-19 safety protocols and reporting requirements, as determined by the employer and municipal/governmental mandates in effect during the Internship term.

* This individual is expected to work a minimum of 5-10 events/month.
* Weekday & Weekend availability.
* Holds valid Drivers License.
**Qualifications:** Strong written & verbal communication skills. Previous customer service experience (Preferred) Previous cash handling experience (Preferred)
