What we are looking for:
Be an integral part of the pre-purchase review of Conventional, Non-Conforming, FHA, and VA loans files
Ensure file contains all required documentation and meets acceptable Underwriting (DU, LQA and Fraud)(TRID & RESPA) standards and complies with established guidelines
Use inventory checklist to ensure loan files and complete and accurate
Accurately review loan documentation and collateral files
Verify accuracy of data between documents and systems
Achieve a minimum of 95% Productivity, 85% Quality, 90% completion within SLA
What you need to have:
High School diploma required, bachelors degree preferred
3-5 years Mortgage Post- Close Experience
Experience in reviewing Underwriting Summaries
Currently working in a similar roleStrong knowledge of processing or analysis of residential mortgage loans
Proficiency in all areas of loan documentation, loan policies/guidelines, and procedures understanding of current mortgage lending
Must be a self-starter and self -motivated to meet job expectations and goals
Must be organized, responsible and able to use good judgment
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple deadlines
Clear and effective communication skills
Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Exceptional organization skills to a pipeline of customers in various loan stages while meeting published production standards
Ability to perform highly detailed work with multiple interruptions
Ability to identify and solve problems with strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity

Okay with recent college graduate who has an appetite for a corporate setting
Also okay with a HS diploma, and someone who comes from retail, like target
Must be familiar with navigating microsoft suite, and have used excel lightly.
softwares used are encompass and AIQ (viewing docs) - MUST be comfortable recognizing what program they are in, when they are on prem, or working from home the applications will look different. must pay attention to details.
