**Responsibilities**
Canyon Ranch is looking for a Turndown Attendant (part time) at our Lenox, MA location.
The turndown attendant is responsible for the nightly turn down of guest's rooms and any special room related request.
This person will:
* Turns down beds and puts in the proper literature according to the in-house status.
* Empties wastebaskets. Fills ice buckets, closes the blinds, removes soiled linen and places fresh linen in the guest's room.
* Responds to calls promptly as requested.
* Makes-up beds as directed by the Front Desk.
* Replenishes amenities as needed.
* Helps clean carry overs from day housekeeping staff.
* Clean break room at night.
* Put away supplies, distributing linens in both wings when needed.
* Clean glasses and distribute in all house keeping designated areas as needed.
* Clean computer resource room.
**Qualifications**
**Experience:** Turndown or Room attendant experience preferably in a hotel / resort environment.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
* Must be physically able to perform housekeeping tasks, which require bending, lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods of time.
* Must be able to respond to guest request courteously and effectively.
* Must have effective communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of people.
* Must be flexible and able to perform a variety of duties as directed.
* Must be alert, safety conscious, and pay exceptional attention to detail.
* Must possess a strong sense of pride in work.
