Job Details

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Schedule pick-ups, delivery appointments and track On Time Shipping and On Time Delivery.
  • Notify Dealers of delivery appointments and seek feedback on shipments.
  • Work with other sites on stock transfer orders.
  • Communicate to internal and external shareholders via e-mail and phone and provide outstanding customer service for any inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot outbound trailer loading processes including driver check-in procedures, time against dock, proper Haz-Mat loading and other activities.
  • Schedule all inbound and outbound shipments with HAZMAT product.
  • Coordinate international shipments and complete required paperwork.
  • Support Operations Leadership Team by producing various daily and monthly reports.
  • Review performance on contractual commitments, estimate and calculate delay and risks of different shipments and schedules in terms of cost.
  • Compile data and enter into carrier scorecards and participate in QBRs.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of increased responsibility within Supply Chain operations (Transportation, Warehouse, Logistics, Scheduler).
  • Logistics, Transportation or Warehouse Coordinator experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with coordinating domestic, Canadian and international HAZMAT shipments.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to read and write English and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must have good problem-solving skills.
  • SAP, WMS or TMS experience.
