BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTANT (Hourly)

Responsibilities:
- Daily audits of financials, mid-month and month-end food inventories, liquor/beer/wine and supplies
- Maintain balanced safes and ensure accuracy of all cash records
- Assist in preparing daily bank deposits
- Entering and verifying daily labor
- Reconcile invoices
- Maintain payroll records
Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of previous administrative/bookkeeping experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel operation
