- Guide a team of dedicated travel agents to exceed client expectations through meticulous planning and exceptional service.
- Motivate and mentor my team to not only sell vacations but to sell the Luxuria lifestyle, highlighting the exclusive benefits and personalized attention that our clients receive
- Lead immersive sales coaching sessions, which involve call listening, interactive roleplay, and live sales critiques.
- Develop personalized development plans for each agent, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses to craft tailored goals that drive growth and success.
- Assist in the cultivation of a high-end book of business, generating long-term, lucrative repeat clientele.
- Assume responsibility for the individual and team s success by holding each agent accountable for their sales goals.

- Extensive knowledge within the Luxury, 5-star, Hotel industry.
