Brandt is currently seeking a Product Specialist - Tillage for our Northeast US Region. The Product Specialist Sales Representative creates and expands relationships with existing and new customers/dealers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow one or more assigned product lines. The Product Specialist Sales Representative will lead the launch of new assigned products in a defined geographical area. In collaboration with the field sales team and dealers the specialist will assist and train on qualified opportunities for both customer sales and dealer development. Reporting to the Vice President, the Product Specialist Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales budget in the assigned product lines, and for supporting the product-line success of an assigned team of territory managers and dealers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Supports the success of an assigned team of territory managers and dealers.

* Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.

* Provides coaching, training, and professional development to territory managers in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

* Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.

* Establish productive, professional relationships with key producers

Required Skills

* Background in agriculture or farm machinery sales experience

* The ability to perform to the highest degree energy with minimal supervision

* Degree or diploma in Agronomy considered a strong asset
