NURSERY SALES ASSOCIATE:

Hyannis Country Garden is recruiting for Nursery Sales Associates. In this role, the successful candidate will assist retail and wholesale customers purchases by providing design ideas, general landscape advice, and excellent customer service. Building productive relationships with customers by directing them to products and solutions is our benchmark. Candidate will develop new ways to improve sales through merchandising, nursery layout and yard maintenance, and most importantly provide a neat, clean and safe working environment.
Ideal Candidate will have 5 years plus experience in the green industry, as well as the ability to operate equipment including wheel loaders and/or skid steer loaders. Pay commensurate with experience, relevant licenses, and certifications. Hoisting license and Forklift certification preferred and/or the ability to obtain credentials within 3 months.
Candidate should have some nursery experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires knowledge of arithmetic, English language and grammar.
