Job Details
We are looking for a Maintenance Tech that has 2-4 years experience in a manufacturing setting. NO apartment maintenance experience will be considered!!! This position will primarily be on 1st shift, but available for 2nd shift if the need arises. Great working environment and team. This will be a direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- General responsibility for the maintenance and repair of complex production machinery and equipment.
- Includes diagnosis, troubleshooting, breakdown, preventative and predictive measures.
- Complete repairs on mechanical, electro-mechanical components.
- Maintain and repair a variety of production processes that include balancing and assembly machines.
- Interpret and understand machine drawings and schematics.
- Assist in the development of Preventative Maintenance plans.
- Assist in the management of spare parts inventories.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks as required.

- Handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Team effort for over 50 pounds
Will have a 2-3 part interview process
