**Position:** Distribution Center Shift Supervisor
**Location:** Kent, WA
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM *with additional hours and weekends as needed*
**Pay:** $55,000 to $65,000, DOE

**Summary:**
The Distribution Center Shift Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team members to receive, handle, store, record, load and unload materials, and dispatch goods in the warehouse. They monitor warehouse activities to ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, that products are stored correctly and safely, proper space utilization, and proper care and maintenance of the equipment.

**Job Requirements**
* 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
* Ability to maintain high expectations for self and others, demonstrating a dedication to the achievement of results
* Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization
* Key competencies such as critical thinking, problem-solving skills, planning, and organizational skills
* Experience with continuous improvement methodologies preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* High School diploma or GED
