Warehouse Associate Roseville
Description:
Becker is Minnesota's hometown furniture retailer. We have built our reputation by having a passion for customer service and making the customer experience World Class. We are hiring a Full Time or Part Time Warehouse Assembly Associate for seasonal needs in our Roseville and Blaine Outlet Locations.
*Seasonal Position thru approximately August 2024*
Responsibilities:
- Loading/unloading trucks
- Assembling and prepping floor sample furniture and accessories
- Tagging furniture
- Moving furniture and displays
- Adjusting showroom lighting
- Store housekeeping: this includes bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, cleaning glass and running floor scrubbing machine.
- Hang signing, replace lighting, and overall general maintenance.
- Loading customer orders into vehicles
- Minor furniture repair and building maintenance.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be customer service orientated and dedicated to delivering quality customer service
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work well individually and with a group.
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture and stand for extended periods of time.
- Climb and work on a ladder at varied heights.
- Lift 50-150lbs on a daily basis and 150lbs + occasionally is a must.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of PC
- Organizational skills, accuracy, and able to multi-task and handle detail-oriented work.
Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
