Responsibilities
Rent Collection: Timely collection of rent from tenants, handling any related queries and concerns, and recording in system. Deliver warning and eviction notice if required.
New Tenant Applications: Managing the entire process of tenant application, including screening for qualified tenants, arranging unit make ready, and assist tenant move in process.
Rule Enforcement: Enforcing community rules and upkeep the resident s quality of life in the park. Regularly inspecting the park to resolve rule violation around the park.
Oversee Park development projects: Ensure on-site contractors conduct projects in a timely and professional manner. Regularly updating on the progress and completion of projects
Maintenance and property upkeep: Oversee, record, and conduct maintenance tasks around the park, including routine park clean up, lawn mowing, and small fixes in rental homes
Who are we looking for
Professionalism: Strong ability to represent the park's interests with tenants, contractors, and management.
Communication Skills: Effective in listening to tenants' issues, conveying rules, and updating higher management.
Organization: Proficient in managing various responsibilities from rent collection to community building, enforcing rules, and overseeing park development.
Experiences: 2+ years of basic property management and maintenance experience. Rent Manager software experience preferred.
