About the role:
-The position offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the US or in person in one of their US-based offices.
-The role will involve the handling of complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including motion writing, preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and written perpetuate depositions, analyzing professional liability coverage, and conducting legal research and analysis.
The ideal candidate:
-Will have at least 2 years' experience in both state and federal court proceedings
-JD from an ABA-Approved law school, with excellent academic credentials
