Job Details
This position is responsible for responding to customers' needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner while demonstrating a sense of urgency. Must also provide prompt, accurate, and efficient processing of all parts transactions and related warehouse activities. The hours for this position are from Monday through Friday; 7:00 am to 5:00 PM. This position is responsible for completing the following tasks: Complete all parts order pulling transactions for external and internal customers in an accurate, timely, and supportive manner to ensure customer satisfaction as measured by management observation and customer feedback surveys. Also to be measured by the achievement of department goals. Complete all stock replenishment tasks in an accurate, timely, and supportive manner to ensure proper inventory status in the parts warehouse.
