We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Quality Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring our engineering processes meet the highest industry standards. This role is pivotal to our ongoing success and growth in the aerospace industry and requires a deep understanding of quality control, quality assurance, bearings, and overall company.

Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the engineering industry.
- Proven experience with QMS, Aerospace, FAA, and CAA regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, bearings, and repair stations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and achieving high-quality standards.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) would be an advantage.
