Description:
We are currently looking to add someone to our Dairy Production team at our manufacturing plant in Saratoga Springs, NY.
Duties:
Milk product batching and quality testing.
Operation of pasteurizer.
Documentation of production attributes on legal documents
Perform CIP (Clean in Place) functions of tanks and line circuits.
Cleaning of equipment and environment.
Learning other job tasks such as filling room operations, milk receiving, and/or blow molding.
Requirements:
Must be reliable, organized, have a mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills.
Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, safety conscious and possess good sanitation (cleaning) practices.
Must be able to multitask and work independently.
Reliable and able to work a rotating schedule.
Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.
Schedule:
The schedule starts at 4 AM and includes working rotating weekends and holidays.
