At The Good Feet Store we're committed to providing outstanding service and support to our clients. We are seeking a proactive and passionate Client Care Advocate to join our dedicated team at our headquarters office in Tigard, Oregon. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Essential Functions

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Call back missed calls and respond to voicemails
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, concerns and feedback.
  • Ensure that all client interactions are handled with empathy, patience and a commitment to resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM systems
  • Manage and update client accounts and information through our CRM software.
  • Participate in regular check-ins with the Client Care Manager to assess client satisfaction and address any concerns
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • One to Five years of proven experience in customer service or client-facing role
  • The ability to interact effectively with clients and internal team members
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Proficient telephone skills, including managing high call volumes and engaging positively with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a drive to go above and beyond to meet client needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Salesforce experience preferred but not required
Additional Requirements:
  • The role requires flexibility in scheduling; availability to work weekends and non-standard business hours as needed.
