Here s Where You Come In
As the Education Consultant and Wealth Advisor you will engage retirement plan participants and their families in holistic financial well-being providing recommendations that will help them drive positive financial outcomes while growing and maintaining your own book of personal wealth clients
Job Responsibilities:
Manage a strong Client relationship and provide exceptional service
- Provide financial education and advice to help employees make informed decisions about retirement savings and other aspects of their financial wellbeing.
- Educate the employee on their retirement picture, including social security, pension plans, state governmental plans, employer plans (401(k), 403(b), etc.), and individual savings plans (IRA, 529, Non-qualified investments, etc.).
- Maintain a level of Operational knowledge to be able to assist the Client and plan participants with processes and transactions
- Proactively engage with plan sponsors, advisors, client service team and marketing to enhance the education experience for all plan participants
- Actively engage in marketing activities including speaking, writing, attending events and maintaining an active social media presence.
- Assist employees with any retirement or financial needs
- Develop and manage private client relationships
- Prepare and analyze financial planning documents such as goal projections, investment recommendations, debt pay down strategies, etc.
- Provide ongoing legislative and regulatory updates to Client and participants in preparation for reviews.
- Manage relationships with strategic partners and vendors
- Manage communication between the client and internal teams to support existing processes
- Assist with benefits fairs, retirement seminars, open enrollments, and one-on-one appointments hosted by the employer Utilize one-on-one meetings, webinars, workshops, group meetings, and newsletters to deliver educational programming.
- Track meeting activity and wealth management lead pipeline for annual client reviews.
- Participate in L10 Leadership Strategy meetings with team members fostering a collaborative, innovative team dynamic

Qualifications:
- 2 + years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Series 63 or 65 OR Series 66 within 90 days of date of hire
- Regional travel required
