Job Details
Provide assistance and support to customers by collecting information needed to prepare and layout the design for the best LED placement for building an electrical lighted sign.
Responsibilities:
Receives requests from customers to provide technical assistance with a sign build via telephone and email.
Collects the appropriate data and information from pictures, pdf docs and any others resources provided by the customer that is needed to design a layout.
Answers questions from customers via email or phone calls.
Provide assistance and support to customers to resolve any sign electrical issues by asking specific questions and collecting data.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Attention to detail is critical
Must be able to plan and manage projects in a timely manner
Must have general computer skills such as Microsoft products including Outlook.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator software skills.
High School graduate or GED
