The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates to meet the talent acquisition and retention goals of the organization. The Recruiter ensures employment brand integrity across the system in centralizing all recruiting marketing and advertising efforts. Responsible for planning and overseeing all recruitment and retention activities, events, and functions in fulfillment of the talent acquisition and retention plan.
Bachelors degree in human resources, marketing, business or related field or 4 years of experience in human resources
SPHR/PHR preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
This job requires the incumbents to operate a facility-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non Facility-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier
Facility will provide a laptop to the contract recruiter. All cubical spaces in the office have dual monitors and a complete setup.
Schedule : M- F 8-5pm | first 90 days to be on site. After 90 days, a minimum of two days in the office would be required.|
Travel would be around the OKC metro area. Travel would not be often an could include meeting with leaders and meetings at the facility the recruiter supports.
