Our client, a dynamic technology leader, is seeing a mid-level attorney to join their growing legal team, with the focus of this role being corporate governance, securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, subsidiary management & corporate compliance.
Applicants must have the following requirements in order to be considered:
-Four to seven years experience with securities, corporate governance and M&A matters at a law firm and/or a public company.
-Experience with cyber- and data security matters.
