In this role, youll be the steward of our growing Tableau-based docOS healthcare analytics platform. Youll also be a part of our Visual Analytics Team, which partners with physicians, clinic staff, our operations teams, and our leadership to solve analytics problems and develop visual reporting and analytics tools.

**How you can make a difference**

As our Tableau Administrator, you will

* Configure and maintain our Tableau Server Platform, including site creation, server maintenance, upgrades, patches, security, performance tuning, clustering, and load balancing

* Create and manage groups, permissions, projects, workbooks, data sources, etc.

* Monitor server activity and usage statistics to identify possible performance issues/enhancements

* Support migration of content from development to production environments

* Communicate system-wide changes, such as new releases, and manage related training

* Provide scheduled and ad hoc training and support for Tableau users

* Document standards and best practices for the development and administration of our Tableau platform

* Work closely with technical architects, and data and software engineers to ensure optimal application and database/warehouse design to support reporting requirements

As a Senior Analyst, you will:

* Partner with business units to document requirements and design Tableau KPI scorecards & dashboards

* Assist in development of visual analytics content to support business initiatives

**S****kills for success**

* Bachelors degree required

* Knowledge and experience with Tableau software, with a strong understanding of Tableau architecture and administration

* 3+ years of experience configuring and administering Tableau Server

* Experience in Tableau scripting (TABCMD and TABADMIN)

* Ability to architect a stable Tableau solution guaranteed for high operational availability

* Expertise in Tableau platform sizing, troubleshooting, tuning & disaster recovery

* Knowledge of Tableau Metadata tables

* Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake)

* Knowledge in BI tools including ETL and data warehousing

* 3+ years of experience in an analyst role working with business units to develop analytical reports and dashboards, with an emphasis on visual analytics
