Job Description

Under supervision of the HR Records and Compliance Manager, the HR Records and Compliance Associate will assist with HR compliance activities for the HERRC and Central Office population.

  • Generating monthly compliance reports and inform employees on all upcoming and outstanding compliance through follow ups.
  • Ensuring compliance with OHS, licensures, visa, mandatory trainings through follow ups.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance by auditing personnel and background files for new hires, transfers, salary adjustments
  • Assisting the CO & EITS/EPIC HR team with file management, including scanning, troubleshooting, QA process in OnBase.
  • Filing of documents in OnBase.
  • Assisting with archiving and retrieval of personnel files and other HR documents as needed.
  • Exercise and maintain high degree of confidentiality.
  • Assisting with background and personnel folder audits.
  • Assisting with ensuring compliance for all employees.
  • Assisting with ensuring compliance of I9s and audits
  • Assisting HR operations team with posting job opportunities in PeopleSoft, as needed
  • Assist with DOI investigation and memo closing memos
  • Assisting with special projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
1. Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; or
2. High School Diploma or its educational equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, administration, labor relations, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, customer service (providing information and resolving customer concerns), or a related administrative support function.
