Job Details
The Yardi Specialist will be responsible for configuring and managing Yardi systems, including third-party interfaces, utility billing, and vendor applications. This role involves conducting data conversions into Yardi Voyager, designing and implementing various Yardi Voyager modules, and providing expert reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong business process knowledge in commercial real estate, financial accounting, and have excellent communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage third-party interfaces, utility billing, and vendor applications within the Yardi system.
- Conduct data conversion and migration into Yardi, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Design, configure, and implement Yardi modules
- Develop and generate Yardi-based reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with end users, including accountants, property managers, and vendors, to understand and address their needs and requirements.
- Work with c-level executives to align Yardi configurations with business objectives and strategies.
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective utilization of Yardi systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Yardi configurations and integrations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Yardi processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Yardi systems and modules.
- Expertise in Yardi-based reporting and data conversion.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with end users, c-level executives, accountants, property managers, and vendors.
- Ability to design and implement various Yardi modules, ensuring they meet business needs and requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Yardi Voyager and its associated modules.
- Experience in the property management or real estate industry.
