Assembler


Job Details

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • Assemble large and complex machinery and equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Utilize Bill of Materials (BOM) to accurately identify and locate necessary parts and components.
  • Operate Hi-Lo or crane equipment to safely lift, position, and move heavy components during assembly.
  • Securely fasten components using hand tools and power tools.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all assembled equipment meets specifications and tolerances.
  • Test and calibrate assembled equipment to verify functionality.
  • Report any discrepancies or defects in parts or assemblies to supervisor.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Assembler or related role.
  • High School is required.
  • Proven understanding and experience working with Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate Hi-Lo or crane equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or robotic automation industry would be a plus
  • Experience with Conveyors or hydraulic background is highly desired.
  • Experience with hand tools and power tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Should have problem solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy objects.
