**RESIDENT ATTENDANTS NEEDED AT NHC PLACE ANNISTON, AL**
**NHC Place Anniston**, a 67 apartment Assisted Living Community with Memory Care, is seeking **Resident Attendants** to join the team of healthcare professionals. The qualified applicant for this position should have a warm and positive personality and a sincere passion for caring for seniors. The RA provides direct and indirect care activities under the direction of the Resident Nurse.
**Qualifications:**
* Able to follow oral and written instructions.
* Capable of charting accurately on the resident's plan or care record.
* Sensitive to resident's physical and psychosocial needs.
**?Responsibilities:**
* Assists residents with activities of daily living and provides for their personal care and comforts
* Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for residents
* Prepare residents for meals and services
* Answers residents call lights, anticipates residents needs, provides "secure checks"
