TOPS has partnered with a local manufacturing company who is currently looking to hire several assemblers/ machine tenders to add to its growing production team. Will consider both entry level and experienced production candidates. Job Details: Daylight shift opportunity working on a 2-2-3 schedule. This is a two week repeating schedule, involves working a 12 hour shift Schedule example below Week 1: Work - Monday & Tuesday, Off - Wednesday & Thursday, Work - Friday Saturday & Sunday. Week 2: Off - Monday & Tuesday, Work - Wednesday & Thursday, Off - Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Hours: 6:30am to 6:45pm OR 6:30pm to 6:45am- These are 12 hour shifts schedule Starting pay: $17.50- $20.25 per hour including shift differential Duties/Responsibilities: Load and unload various production machines in a clean room environment. Basic assembly of plastic products, no prior experience is required Packaging of finished products Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Must be a team player, ability to work and communicate with coworkers effectively Willingness to learn, we provide on the job training, teach you the skills needed to grow within the company and build a successful career Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required to qualify for this opportunity Will consider both entry level and experienced candidates alike. Stable work history, as this is a contract to hire position. We are looking for career minded candidates. Plenty of room to grow with this company Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks. Clean room position.
