Manufacturing Production Leadership
HTI is seeking Manufacturing Production Leadership Candidates for several positions, for a large manufacturer located in Arkansas. Salary is dependent upon experience and education, and the range is approximately $80,000-$120,000.
What You Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent education; college degree preferred.
Must have 5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the manufacturing industry.
Must have experience with plant production management and equipment maintenance.
Must have strong management communication skills.
Experience with MS Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
What Your Role Will Look Like:
Directly manage production employees, processes, and maintenance requirements.
Employee development and training.
Manage employee schedules and time off.
Manage and track production KPI s, including production output, preventative maintenance, quality, safety, reliability, and costs.
Compile and submit necessary reports.
Ensure that all company policies and external regulations are communicated effectively and followed by production employees.
Maintain and promote a safe work environment.
Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement.
Perform other duties as required.
