As a Mining Crusher Plant Foreman, your role would involve, overseeing the operations and maintenance of the crushing plant within a mining site. Included but not limited to supervising a team of workers, including equipment operators, maintenance technicians, and laborers, ensuring that they adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in aggregate operations, with an understanding of mineral processing equipment
    • such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated mobile equipment
    • maintenance experience on a crusher and all parts
  • Experience with heavy equipment associated with the crusher. We will not consider resumes without a loader, dozer, or excavator experience.
  • Able to cut, weld, and do fabrication
  • Ensure control house and plant area remain clean and secure daily
  • Record and report production
  • Willing to learn and accept direction from other supervisors
  • Ability to apply common sense to understanding problems and develop and implement solutions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as required; including nights and weekends
  • Knowledgeable and certified in MSHA standards.
  • Coordinate with supervision and project management to establish production goals and schedules for the crushing plant.
  • Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift to 50lbs.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize.
  • Enforce Safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among workers to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Must pass a required pre-employment drug test
  • Must be willing to travel
