Position Title: Production Associate Rotating 12 Hour Shifts
Wage: $20.81/hour
Shift: Rotating 12 Hours
Hours: 6:00am 6:00pm

Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage product packaging for assigned work cell
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and packaging standards
- Make spools, restock supplies, put finished rolls away, take out full skids and assist with startups
Requirements for Production Associate:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated hands-on ability
- Able to perform highly repetitive or short cycle work
- Able to work rotating 12 hour shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Able to work with a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hand tools
- Able to complete basic mathematical calculations and follow standard work instructions
- Strong attention to detail
