Warehouse Associate


Job Details

Airswift is looking for a Warehouse Associate to work with a major Oil and Gas company in Killdeer, ND on a 6-month contract position.


Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the validating receipt of materials against Purchase orders, packing slips, repair and return documents, and the management of storing and dispensing such materials in a timely manner, including, but not limited to:
  • Performs warehouse duties including, unloading/loading trucks, using a forklift for unpacking receipts, packing returns, packing goods issued, maintaining documentation and safety of material.
  • Inspecting materials upon receipt for damage, quantity, and specification.
  • Responsible for inventory placement into designated bins upon receipt completion.
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery of direct shipment materials to field locations
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Entering records into computerized tracking system (SAP).
  • Performs goods issued receipts in SAP for all material which flow through the warehouse.
  • Maintains warehouse transaction documentation.
  • Participates and assists in ensuring warehouse activity compliance.
  • Assists with Inventory control activities i.e. Cycle Counting, wall-to-walls.
  • Physically capable of lifting materials and product up to 50 pounds.
  • Compliance with company policy and industry regulations.
  • Required and Preferred Skills and ExperienceIntermediate level, typically 3-5 years of experience.
  • Provides technical/functional and/or administrative support.
  • General working knowledge of specific systems, terminology and procedures used within the department.
  • Performs routine tasks.
  • Able to solve problems and make basic decisions.
