We are excited for you to apply to our Customer Service Representative position in Hart, MI. Our Customer Service Representatives are working closely with our customers and association staff to ensure that the customers needs are met. It is imperative that this incumbent has excellent customer service and a desire to work in a team environment. This position will be 8am-4:30pm and reports daily to the branch.

**This position requires...**
* High School diploma, Associates degree preferred.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Must demonstrate the ability to utilize computer technology and multiple software applications.
* Knowledge of financial principles and practices, credit processing and servicing activities is desired.
* Knowledge of varied loan policies, procedures, and practices is desired
* Experience in cash handling, receipting and disbursing funds, and cash balancing is desired.
* Experience with mortgage and/or title work preferred.
