We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative responsible for specific duties listed below.
Specific duties for the position include:
- Handling incoming calls within a call center environment, emails, and paper correspondence from customers, agents, and field office associates requesting information or service, providing that information once identity is established and taking steps to provide or coordinate service.
- Responding to letters that provide requested information, processing loans, surrenders, fund transfers, and allocation changes for variable products, providing policy histories, running illustrations and following up with customers and/or agents with appropriate information.
- Identify sales opportunities during calls with customers and notify agents accordingly.
- Identifying and tracking retention opportunities; conserving policies or coordinating with the Conservation Unit.
Specific qualifications for the position include: - Spanish speaking is highly recommended to apply.
