Part Time Office Assistant
Job Details
Responsibilities
Inventory stock in
Photographing new units for website
Organization of sales departments
Obtaining documentation for unit funding
Scheduling and following up on sales repairs
Verifying parts orders on sold accessories
Maintaining company bank funding standards
Scanning sales documents into system
Helping collect manufacture rebates
Other duties may be required
Hours
Part time position 3 hours per day maximum of 15 hours per week
Asking for the hours of 9am-12pm or 2pm-5pm
