The Medication Refill Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate schedules for assigned providers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS JOB SPECIFIC:
Utilize necessary coordination tools to be used for working specific staff schedules
Answer incoming calls regarding medication refill submissions
Monitor medication refill submissions daily
Schedule ROH bridge sessions in addition to ongoing outpatient services as requested
Provide follow-up on designated clients requiring specific support (appts., tests, etc.)
Ensure schedules are filled to necessary capacity
Coordinate with necessary team members when errors are found verifying that error gets fixed timely
Explain Open Access process to any caller needing to start services with Compass Health
Verify and update name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and insurance on each call
Other duties as assigned
