** Digital Delivery Lead**

**Digital Delivery Lead**
The Digital Program / Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful delivery, quality, budget, and management of multiple digital programs at Shake Shack.
Youll be multi-tasking in a fast paced, agile, highly energetic environment partnering with community driven teams, building next generation digital experiences for Shake Shack Guests and Team Members. The role is responsible for managing and delivering a large portfolio of digital initiatives partnering with both internal and external resources to achieve the future digital vision of Shake Shack.
* Provided visibility into delivery targets, commitments and progress and integrating Agile & Lean principles into team practices and work products.
* Successfully plan, estimate and deliver complex software delivery and align with the budget and timelines while managing 3rd party vendors.
* Have played Program Manager and Solutions Delivery Manager role for Large Digital platforms.
* Driven Scrum of Scrums leading all levels of an organization through a Lean-Agile transformation at scale. As an agile leader, mentored other Scrum Masters ensuring team(s) maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery.
* Ability to drive and build delivery metrics (quality, delivery rate, productivity etc.) and team feedback to identify areas of opportunity & work with team to continuously improve metrics in line with business goals
* Experience managing large Opex and Capex budgets
This role will balance being hands-on and strategic, partnering with business owners, product owners, experience designers, architects, engineers, and support teams to ensure on-time, quality, compliant, and performant digital applications are released across the digital product ecosystem; including but not limited to native mobile applications, web platforms, digital marketing platforms, and in-store technologies like POS, kiosk, and drive through technologies.
The right candidate will have experience managing programs and building teams using agile and waterfall methods while integrating a Quality Assurance process as part of the overall digital delivery plan.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build, manage, and operationalize complex, cross-functional, program plans that focus on on-time delivery, stakeholder management, dependency identification, risk mitigation, and budget management in support of the corporate strategic plan
* Own and communicate project metrics & process (agile and waterfall) to help stakeholders understand what is being delivered when, program status, and improving overall feature delivery
* Cross Platform Program Management that includes both Agile and Waterfall Software Development Methodologies
* Establish criteria and process for ensuring all delivered experiences are of high quality and performance. Create a culture biased towards owning full end to end delivery of quality projects and experiences to effectively deliver towards corporate goals
* Manage, mentor, and build a team of FTEs and vendor resources to achieve business and personal career goals
**Experience**
* 8+ years relevant work experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
* Experience working in and establishing Agile principals for successful delivery of digital projects
* Worked previously in an eCommerce, Retail, Hospitality, QSR Domain and/or digital agency
* Successful track record of working in cross-functional environments delivering features on digital products on time and budget
* History of successfully planning, estimating and delivering complex software delivery and align with the budget and timelines while managing 3rd party vendors.
* Experience managing 3rd party vendors onshore, nearshore, and offshore
* Experience establishing QA process in an agile environment
* Experience working with tools like Jira, SmartSheet, Confluence, TestRail, Selenium, Blazemeter, etc.
