The Firm
We are working with the Head of Office & Head of Risk of a start-up investment management fund. This well-backed fund is looking to build a world-class team and infrastructure and is looking for an Operational Risk Management Associate who will play a crucial role in contributing to the risk framework of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the ongoing RCSA framework administration including control testing, risk mitigation analysis, and business continuity planning
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across key functional teams to enhance existing risk management framework
- Generate important reports to relevant parties
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years in an enterprise level risk management function within a financial institution or consulting firm, with a focus on financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or an equivalent
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Location: NYC Midtown
Compensation: $100-120k base ($140-160K total compensation target)
