Our client, are a well known multi-practice law firm with extensive experience in law. They are seeking an associate either hybrid/remote with Corporate law experience to join their Philadelphia team. Bar admission is essential with an ability to waive into the PA bar. This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious associate looking for to progress, learn with some of the industries best lawyers, while having a work life balance and scope for progression.
Job Requirements:
PA bar admission (NJ desirable, but not essential)
at least 2 years experience in Corporate law
experience handling cases in Corporate finance and Mergers & Acquisitions.
