The service driven Campground Front Desk Team Member provides courteous, prompt service to our Workampers and guests by answering phones, making reservations, checking workcampers in/out, and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a memorable experience.

We are currently looking for a:

Adventureland Campground Front Desk Team

Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

* Greets and interacts with Workampers & guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

* Uses property management system to make reservations, check in and checkout guests, process payments, and operate office equipment.

* Operates phone system in an efficient and professional manner.

* Provides the highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guest's requests and complaints.

* Quickly and politely responds to guest issues with resolutions that may require "thinking outside the box."

* Maintains the front desk area and campground office in a clean and neat manner by sanitizing surfaces and office equipment.

* Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the property.

* Complies with all standard operating procedures.

* Accurately document the happenings of the overnight shift and email a detailed report to the Operations Manager.

* Promptly reports any maintenance issues.

* Delivers guest & Workamper amenities as requested.

* Cooperates with other departments to provide a positive guest experience.

* Monitors the building and responds to emergencies as needed.

* Manages Campground Store inventory and sales.

* Performs additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Director of Lodging.

* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Skills:

* Customer service experience

* Accurate cash handling experience

* Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong attention to detail, organization and follow up

* Ability to operate computer and office equipment

* Positive attitude, outgoing, friendly

* Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team

* Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

* Ability to be patient and creatively problem solve

* Constant repetitive motion

* Sporadically able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.

* Continually be able to stand in place for long periods of time

* Sporadically able to work in confined spaces

* Consistently use hands to grasp, control, and move objects/tools

* See differences between colors and brightness

* See details of objects that are more than a few feet away

* Able to tolerate exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals

* Sporadically work in all areas of the property

* Is subject to frequent interruptions and may need to reprioritize activities

* Consistent communication with team members from other departments

* Subject to the handling of and exposure to chemicals, detergents, and cleaners

* Is subject to exposure to bloodborne pathogens

Experience:

No previous experience is required for this role.

Other:

Campground Team Members may not be campground residents.

Relationships

Internal: Workampers, Hotel Front Desk Team, and Resort Maintenance

External: Guests
